📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain bottling lines and packaging equipment, ensuring high production efficiency and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes, identifying and resolving any issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections on packaging equipment, adhering to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
• Document production data and maintenance activities accurately, maintaining comprehensive records for quality control.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the production facility.
• Train and mentor junior staff members to uphold high standards of performance and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in packaging line operations or related roles in the beverage industry.
• Proven ability to operate and maintain bottling lines and packaging equipment, preferably with experience on similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of packaging machinery and automated systems, including PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards in the beverage industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Valid certifications in safety protocols and equipment maintenance are a plus.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
