📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.
- Develop and implement engineering standards and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to engineering teams.
- Monitor and maintain engineering equipment and facilities.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
- Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
