Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,5+ years of experience in software engineering or a related field,Proven track record of managing successful engineering projects,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in software development tools and methodologies,Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies,Experience with cloud technologies and platforms
