As a Building Surveyor & Construction Supervisor, you'll be responsible for site inspections, quality control, and coordination of construction activities. You'll use industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam to manage project documentation and collaborate with stakeholders. With 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field, you'll bring a strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations to ensure compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee site inspections and quality control for low-rise construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Prepare and maintain construction documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve construction challenges and maintain high-quality standards.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Train and supervise junior staff to ensure project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision or a related role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with construction scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Valid Building Surveyor certification (preferred).
