As a Category Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the performance of our Pharmaceutical and Grocery categories, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of Cecile's Pharmacy. You'll work closely with suppliers, in-store teams, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that enhance product availability, visibility, and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement category strategies to drive sales, profitability, and market share.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing waste.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, manage delivery schedules, and ensure product quality.
• Train and develop in-store staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall growth of Cecile's Pharmacy.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve category performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Category Management or similar role in the retail or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, supply chain management, and sales strategies.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and grocery retail industry, including understanding of regulations and compliance.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
