As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, optimizing workflows, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 280,000,000 - Rp 420,000,000 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the daily operations of the call center, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Manage a team of 50+ agents, providing leadership and mentorship to drive performance.
- Optimize workflows and implement best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to maintain service standards.
- Develop and execute training programs to upskill the team and improve service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Proficient in Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Certification in call center management or a related field is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with quality assurance tools like Genesys or Nice in Contact.
- Proven track record of driving team performance and improving operational efficiency.
