📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Xero.
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations to provide strategic advice.
• Prepare financial statements and other required reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
