📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to travel bookings and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support.
- Use Zendesk and Salesforce to manage and track customer interactions.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
- Proficient in using Zendesk and Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
