📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage customer inquiries and transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
• Maintain and update inventory records using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Assist in stock management, including ordering and receiving new merchandise.
• Support the sales team by preparing product displays and ensuring our store is visually appealing.
• Handle daily administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating store events and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or administrative role, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Basic knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
