📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the automotive and workshop sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts using Salesforce and other CRM tools
- Negotiate terms and conditions to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team and management
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote our products
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role in the automotive or industrial sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Familiarity with the Indonesian automotive and workshop industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
