🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in factory optimization, process improvement, or a similar role.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other relevant process improvement methodologies.
• Proven experience with data analytics tools such as SAP, Microsoft Power BI, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
