In this role, you'll work closely with our team of fund accountants, providing support and guidance to ensure compliance with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and ensuring the timely processing of client transactions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide support to the Fund Accounting team, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general ledgers, using SAP and Oracle Financialis.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to support investment decision-making.
• Ensure the timely processing of client transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date client accounts.
• Collaborate with the investment team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of portfolio performance.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Participate in continuous professional development, including obtaining relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in fund accounting, with a strong background in investment management and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP and Oracle Financialis, with experience in maintaining and updating financial records.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and senior management.
• Familiarity with international accounting standards (IAS) and regulatory requirements, including those of the SEC, NASD, and FINRA.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional certification in accounting or finance, such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA, is a plus.
