📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver Mandarin language lessons tailored to early childhood learners aged 3-6 years.
• Create engaging, age-appropriate activities and materials to enhance learning in Mandarin.
• Assist in developing and implementing a bilingual curriculum that integrates Mandarin with Indonesian.
• Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and teachers.
• Collaborate with the education team to continuously improve teaching methods and resources.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Report on student achievements and classroom activities to the program director.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a bilingual setting.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively with children and parents.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., CPR/First Aid, Child Protection) is a plus.
• Experience with educational software like SmartKid or similar tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
