📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and resolve customer payment disputes efficiently and professionally.
• Negotiate payment plans and agreements with customers to ensure timely payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers understand their payment responsibilities and the impact of non-payment on their accounts.
• Update customer records and payment statuses in the CRM system.
• Generate and distribute collection reports to relevant departments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
