The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, a deep understanding of financial markets, and excellent analytical skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement enterprise risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organization.,Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management on risk mitigation strategies.,Monitor and report on key risk indicators and trends to ensure the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management frameworks and controls.,Provide risk management training and awareness programs to employees at all levels.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and industry associations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong understanding of financial markets, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.,Proficiency in risk management software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulatory environment and financial markets is a plus.
