In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and that our drivers are safe and efficient. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, driver scheduling, and route planning.,Ensure that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and that all maintenance records are up-to-date.,Monitor driver performance and provide feedback and training as needed to improve safety and efficiency.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that fleet operations are aligned with company goals and objectives.,Investigate and resolve any issues or concerns related to fleet operations, such as accidents or breakdowns.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management and incorporate them into our operations.,Work closely with the company's management team to develop and implement strategies for improving fleet operations and reducing costs.,Ensure that all fleet operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to fleet operations.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
