📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong customer base by identifying potential customers and building relationships.,Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our tissue and salt products.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote our products and network with potential customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
