In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our clinic's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct background checks and verify the credentials of candidates.,Prepare and maintain job descriptions, advertisements, and other recruitment materials.,Provide feedback to candidates and communicate the hiring decisions in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other HR-related software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
