Pratama Beverage is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Technical Writer to join our team in Ciamis. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others understand complex technical concepts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation,Create user guides, manuals, and other technical materials,Ensure documentation is up-to-date and meets quality standards,Assist in the development of training materials and presentations,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams,Mentor and train junior technical writers,Participate in product development and improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software,Experience with documentation management systems,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
