📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the tax team, ensuring timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with all tax laws and regulations.,Provide strategic advice on tax planning and risk management to the company.,Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.,Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth tax operations.,Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations, and provide training to the team.,Identify and implement tax-saving opportunities for the company.,Ensure the company's tax policies and procedures are in line with best practices and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax operations, with a leadership role in the last 3 years.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in using tax software and accounting systems.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
