📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all HR activities and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage the HR team and provide leadership and guidance.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire top talent for various positions.
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the company's strategic planning and growth.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
