📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage receiving and shipping processes.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.,Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse procedures and best practices.,Handle inventory discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse management or related roles.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory control and process improvement techniques.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
