📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prospecting and identifying potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, and social media.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Developing and presenting sales proposals to meet customer needs and requirements.,Closing sales deals by negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.,Tracking and reporting sales performance and market trends to support sales strategies.,Assisting in the organization and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotions.,Collaborating with the marketing and customer service teams to drive sales growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Fresh graduates or less than 2 years of relevant work experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of sales success, either from internships, part-time jobs, or academic projects.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.,Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software, CRM systems, and data analysis tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must.
