📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and board members.,Identifying areas of risk and recommending corrective actions.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Conducting compliance checks to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control and compliance matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international standards is a plus.,Knowledge of risk management and internal control concepts.
