PT Kartika Sinergi is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, fleet management, and excellent communication skills. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety standards,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth vehicle operations,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance,Handle vehicle repairs and maintenance,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies,Provide regular reports on vehicle status and performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role,Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus,Valid driver's license is a requirement
