📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management team.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax returns.
• Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
• Lead and mentor the finance team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Proficient in financial software and tools, including SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
