📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and implement restocking strategies to maintain optimal stock.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
