📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the F&B service operations, including inventory control and ordering.,Ensure the quality and presentation of food and beverages are maintained.,Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and efficient service.,Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the F&B areas.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to F&B services.,Participate in staff training and development programs.,Assist in preparing and presenting daily reports on F&B service performance.,Support the F&B Manager in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B service or related field.,Proven track record of working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and food safety regulations.,Good understanding of Indonesian culture and customs.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
