📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Lead and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve targets.,Manage budgets and resources, ensuring financial accountability and compliance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.,Represent the department in meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and employee relations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and management tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in a similar role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
