As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and ensuring smooth transactions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle cash transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.,Process bank transfers and other financial transactions accurately.,Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information about banking products and services.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and professional service.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Manage cash drawer and ensure accurate cash counts at the end of each shift.,Collaborate with other team members to achieve branch goals and targets.,Maintain a clean and organized teller station.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with banking software and systems.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
