📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle and process medical claims accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims and communications.,Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.,Stay updated with the latest medical and insurance policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good command of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Willingness to travel for business purposes.,Valid SIM (Driver's License) is a plus.
