Crown Easy Sejahtera is seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This is an immediate opportunity for an individual who is passionate about construction and engineering.

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with our team of engineers, architects, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Ensure all construction work is carried out safely and in compliance with regulations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of site workers.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
  • Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for construction work.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and stakeholders.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in construction or engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience with construction management software is a plus.
