📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the Membership & Guest Services team to ensure high standards of service delivery.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest experience.,Drive membership growth and retention through targeted initiatives and programs.,Manage and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to membership and guest services.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and network with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior executive role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving operational excellence.,Strong understanding of membership programs and guest services best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
