Standard Chartered is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our SME Banking team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as potential clients, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop potential SME clients through market research, networking, and relationship building.,Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Manage and maintain relationships with existing SME clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.,Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns.,Monitor and report on business development KPIs to ensure targets are met and exceeded.,Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on business development activities and results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.,Proven track record of developing and managing SME clients.,Strong networking and relationship-building skills.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with banking regulations, laws, and industry standards is a plus.
