📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, fuel, and insurance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor vehicle performance and usage to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Manage driver schedules and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.,Provide excellent customer service to drivers and other stakeholders.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
