📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mining and heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, and trucks.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and address equipment issues promptly.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel and operators.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with a focus on mining and heavy equipment.
• Certification in heavy equipment maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems, such as SAP PM or similar software.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and thermal imaging cameras.
• Experience with heavy equipment brands such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, or Volvo is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
