📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.,Ensure the proper documentation and archiving of financial records.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and financial staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
