📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee inventory control and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Train and develop store staff to enhance performance and customer service.,Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage remote responsibilities such as reporting and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing hybrid roles with both in-store and remote responsibilities.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and data analysis tools.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
