📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Designing and planning construction projects
  • Supervising construction projects
  • Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
  • Collaborating with architects, project managers, and other professionals
  • Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
  • Preparing construction drawings, specifications, and estimates
  • Managing subcontractors and vendors
  • Preparing and submitting reports to clients and stakeholders

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD or other design software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
