📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the quality assurance team, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to company policies.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Analyze quality data and develop reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement and maintain quality control systems, including HACCP and ISO standards.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Train and mentor team members on quality assurance best practices.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all quality assurance activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 or HACCP.
• Strong knowledge of quality control software, such as SQF, SQS, or similar.
• Proven experience in the feedmill industry, preferably in a leadership position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
