📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize company performance.,Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in using financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP Indonesia) is a plus.
