Gold Net Pratama is looking for a dedicated Assistant IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Monitor and maintain network and server performance.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Document and maintain IT procedures and policies.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Work with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT hardware and software.,Familiarity with network and server administration.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in using English for technical communication.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of IT security principles and practices.Familiarity with common IT troubleshooting tools and software.Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g.AWSAzureGoogle Cloud).Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g.JiraTrello).Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
